Power Agency has particularly significant influence on the event and Incentive market as well as on the market connected with tours and workshops for individuals. Since 1997 we have been acquiring essential experience and know-how coordinating broadly defined sports and recreational undertakings. At university we organized group getaways and participated in the organization of all kinds of active integrations.

We were awarded with Polish Product Certificate, we brought us also the award of the Meeting Planner in the category Event/Service of the Year. We became the winners of Polish Internet in category "Entertainment and Recreation". We won as Polish Product and Solidna Firma.

Olga Krzemińska-Zasadzka, is a CEO of one of the fastest growing event agency in Poland, which she started by herself in 1997 and developed into three successful brands: Power Agency, PowerSport, and DMC Poland. The group each year is gaining more and more share in the Polish event and incentive travel industry market.

She works for the development of the whole Polish event industry and benches in many organizations i.e. as president of Polish Association of Incentive Travel Organiseres (SOIT), she was a founding member and vice-president of the Association of the Event Industry /SBE 2010-2017/. Olga Krzeminska-Zasadzka is a member of Association of Organizers of Conferences, Congresses and Conventions (SKKP), as well as a Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE).

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking) and Kozminski University in Warsaw (Finance and Accounting). Combines the traveler's curiosity and courage, passion and perseverance of a sportsman making it ideal match allowing her to find herself with ease in one of the five most stressful industries in the world.

She believes that with hard work you can move mountains. Despite the many hardships, sleepless nights and demanding clients, she would not change here work to any other. Passionate about travel and sport in every issue: ski boards, bikes, kites, diving; she is also a Polish vice-champion in squash.
